Why did the customer contact us?

We had previously repaired a damaged fiber connector for this customer. He requested we give him a quote for installing a new fiber to a remote data closet and changing all there existing fiber connections to LC from ST.

Solutions provided:

We installed approximately 450' of 6 strands multi-mode armored cable between there main data room and a smaller data closet across the building. The materials for this project were Corning 1U rack mount fiber trays, Corning 6 strand bulkheads with LC duplex connectors. This Dallas fiber optic installation project was installed with very few issues to overcome. All the strands were certified with an Owl Fiber Optic Certification tool which can upload all the test results for the customer's records. The customer was so pleased they are having us come out on another project to install all new cabling in there repair shop.
