Why did the customer contact us?

The McKinney Location of El Monte RV needed new Wi-Fi as well as a general IT infrastructure refresh. We were contacted to run cable for the new Access Points as well as install the new IT equipment in the customer's data room.

Solutions provided:

We pulled two data cables and installed two Wi-Fi access points. The employees at this location let it be known that Wi-Fi coverage up until this point had been spotty and were grateful to have a new system in place. Once the APs had been installed, our technician worked with the customer's IT contact over the phone to install the new equipment and verify everything was functioning as intended.
