Why did the customer contact us?

The United States Department of Justice contacted us to link an IDF to the MDF on the same floor in the Earle Cabell Federal Building. The rooms had been connected via CAT5e cable, and there was a need for higher speeds in that particular section.

Solutions provided:

Our Technicians, Clark Hise and Seth Polley, pulled a 6-strand OM4 Multimode Fiber, connecting the two IT closets. The pull was routine and no major hurdles were encountered. Once the fiber was secured, it was tested and certified with our OWL tester. We enjoyed doing business with the Department of Justice and look forward to doing more.
