Why did the customer contact us?

We were contacted by the customer's IT service provider. The customer needed a Cisco Webex Room Kit installed in three conference rooms. The customer also needed every single access point to have its bracket replaced, and it all needed to be done in a single day.

Solutions provided:

Each conference room was different, so we tailored our solution to be different for each one. Each room required a Room Navigator mounted next to the door on the outside. The customer also requested we hide the cables from the top of the table, so we drilled holes in equally spaced intervals to run the microphone and "Room Navigator" cables through. We mounted the media bar in two of the rooms, as well as a TV in one room. One conference room did not have a media bar or TV, but rather a Cisco Board Pro G2, which is two in one. This is an extremely heavy device and requires the wall to be reinforced to safely install it. Our team was able to replace all of the brackets by the end of the day, and our customer was pleased that it was all able to be done in a single day.
